We love to start off a new month by having a look back at a few of our Too Late® listings from the previous month. October was a busy month in the areas we work with a total of 1,352 sales! This is up 26.36% compared to sales from the same areas in October 2019. These areas include Waterdown, Ancaster, Flamborough, Burlington, Hamilton, Ancaster and Dundas. Also of note: home sales are up 6.51% this year compared to the same time and areas last year. This means that we’ve officially made up for the COVID sales dip earlier this year – and we’re still going strong!
