Elva Meadows, a buyer agent with Woolcott Real Estate, comes from a family of real estate investors, and naturally was drawn to real estate at a young age. After many years working in the industry, Elva knows that buying and selling a home is a complex and often deeply personal endeavour. She values the trust her clients place in her and believes in giving them the service and dedication that they deserve. Elva has always followed the rule of relationships over transactions and has built her business upon honesty, transparency and strives to exceed her clients’ expectations every day.
Prior to entering real estate, Elva was a Montessori teacher, teaching in some of the most prestigious Montessori schools in Oakville and Dundas. The teaching experience instilled in her the principles of observation, determination, patience and accuracy. Most, importantly she is a tough negotiator and will fiercely protect a client’s interest as she would of her own. Her many happy clients are most notably impressed with her superior results, customer care and knowledge of the market place.
Elva lives in Ancaster with her family. When not i
mmersed in the real estate world, she dances with the Hamilton City Ballet, enjoys baking, cooking and reading classic English novels.
