Before becoming a real estate agent, Orville worked as a Marketing Consultant developing new and innovative ways to market products as well as people. This past role helped Orville immensely with client relations and developing strong communication skills. Orville prides himself with the ability to listen to his clients carefully and to understand their needs and wants during the buying and selling process. Picking up on the nuances in what his clients are communicating is vital to a successful transaction.

Orville has been working as a licensed Realtor® for over 15 years and has served as a member of different real estate committees and boards advocating for consumer transparency. He is continuously upgrading his knowledge with real estate workshops, seminars, and conferences to mandated RECO courses to be on the top of  his game in this forever changing industry. Orville prides himself on advancing his knowledge of the industry to keep ahead of the curve and always ready to take on any challenges.

As a Realtor®, Orville keeps his finger on the pulse of the market by constantly keeping up with market trends and statistics. In turn, it has afforded him the knowledge and expertise to assist his clients seamlessly during the course of their buying and selling process.

In Orville’s first year in the real estate industry, he received the “Rookie of The Year” award from his brokerage. Each year following, he received the “Executive Club Member” as well as “Platinum Club Member” and “Presidents Club Member”.
