Outside of The Woolcott Team, Drew is prominent investor, both locally and abroad. He has investments in residential real estate throughout the Greater Toronto-Hamilton area. He is also involved in a number of solar energy projects, having recognized the potential in this category early on. Drew has brought his investment savviness to residential developments and investment properties in Savannah, Georgia.
Born and raised in the Hamilton area, Drew is proud of his hometown roots. He currently lives in East Flamborough on a hobby farm. Drew spends as much time as he can enjoying the culture of the downtown core, ideally with his wife and business partner Jayne and their four children.

Born and raised in Burlington, John Summach is a third-generation realtor who is an avid promoter of the Golden Horseshoe, and strives to share with his clients the best the area has to offer. Keri Taylor, a buyer agent with The Woolcott Team, knew real estate was for her when she purchased her first investment property at just 24! Since then, Keri has expanded her investment and property management portfolio, owning and managing condos, single family residences and, more recently, a commercial multi-family residential building. As Keri built up her investments, she found that what she enjoyed above all was developing strong relationships with her tenants. Her focus on being approachable and trustworthy are traits she brings to her career in residential real estate.
Keri has a PhD in Neuroscience from the University of Toronto and worked for many years as a scientific associate in downtown Toronto. Her strong science background facilitated the development of the rigorous methodical, analytic and data-driven approach Keri applies to all she takes on. Meagan Groff, a graduate of the University of Guelph’s Bachelor Commerce program majoring in Marketing Management, works with the Woolcott team as a Marketing Coordinator. Katrina started her career with the Woolcott Team after completing her Honours Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology at McMaster University. Katrina’s drive to learn and hardworking nature has helped her to establish an excellent work ethic, making her an important asset to the team.
Having worked for 7 years in customer service, and 3 years as the listings coordinator at The Woolcott Team, Katrina’s past experience has developed her excellent communication skills, great attention to detail, and has shown her the importance of working with a strong and reliable team. With over 9 years combined experience in management and data entry, Harmony brings a varied wealth of knowledge to The Woolcott Team. Jacqueline started her career in Real Estate Administration after completing her Honours in Bachelor of Arts in Sociology at Wilfrid Laurier University.
Growing up with a mother in real estate has helped her develop in-depth knowledge of what it takes to help clients and work as hard as she can. Her ability to stay organized, focus, and communicate effectively is one of the many assets she brings to the team.

Home Detailer, that’s me! “Attention to Detail” A skill set I have acquired in my 18 years as a design, furniture and decor consultant. Professional, efficient, with interpersonal qualities, are my strengths. I have gained great understanding and knowledge of colour, textiles, textures, furniture, leather, fabrics all key components in the home design. I am creative in visionary merchandising, proper use of space, defining space, furniture placement, scale, and organization. As a home detailer and stager, I have the ability and confidence that your home will be showcased to full potential.
As part of the Woolcott team, my role is to provide the highest level of service to make this a seamless part of the whole process of selling your home with us. From the beginning to end the process is made easier with our team. Truly hands-on service provided.
A passion for design and fashion gives Amanda the ability to stage a home that captures a buyers imagination and encourages them to connect emotionally with the home. Amanda takes pride in transforming a home into a lifestyle that buyers want. Long-time Burlington resident, Rachelle knows all about the power of community. As a parent to three girls, she has been involved in everything from school to sports and extracurricular activities.
Rachelle’s interests have led her in many directions. She has done palliative care support for Halton, she worked as a financial advisor at one of Canada’s major banks and leveraged her community connections running a small business.
Recently, Rachelle has rediscovered one of her early passions – real estate. She originally became a realtor back in 2003 but took some time away to focus on raising her family. Now she’s back in the industry and eager to help nurture existing client relationships and build lasting new ones.
Born and raised in Burlington, Greg’s love for real estate developed at a young age, spending numerous Sunday afternoons attending open houses with his parents. His passion for the industry led him to work in real estate photography and marketing before joining The Woolcott Team as an Inside Sales Coordinator.
Greg uses the knowledge from his Anthropology and Economics degrees at McMaster University to foster genuine relationships with an analytical approach. He prides himself on being an attentive listener, a diligent worker and dedicated to satisfying his clients.
